Responsibilities:
Maintain controls on financial reports, forecasting and financial analysis functionTo review the implementation of Financial policies, procedures and regulations of the company and report on their efficiency, economy and effectivenessConsolidate, analyze, and examine accounting procedures/activities to ensure the procedures well implemented and standard report well followed.Develop annual cost budget plan and manage operational productivity.Develop and continuously appraise the internal control system & procedures, to safeguard company assets; to produce reliable financial report and improve efficiency;Requirements:

Graduated from reputable university, preferably with MBA/ Master's degree in FinanceAt least 10 year(s) of working experience in Investment banking/ Corporate Finance/Investment/ Management Consulting.Strong structuring, analytical and financial modeling skillsAbility to communicate in English (both oral and written)Excellent interpersonal skills and are able to build key relationships with internal and external stakeholders.Good command of English is a must, proficiency in Japanese is an added advantageQualified candidates should send the application  with detail CV, recent photograph, Job references and Certificates to:PT.ARTHAASIA FINANCE
