Responsibilities:
Contact businesses by telephone in order to solicit sales by introducing products or servicesIdentify the business to a sales leadObtain names and telephone numbers of suspects from sources such as telephone directories, magazine reply cards, and lists purchased from other organizationsNurture a marketing lead to a sales lead by developing constructive and cooperative working relationships with the suspects/prospects, and maintaining them over time Work closely with sales and marketing team to review sales lead statusMaintain records of contact information and marketing databaseAnswer telephone calls from suspects who have been solicited through sales activitiesRequirements: Have at least  2 years in telemarketing experience preferably having knowledge on ERP and/or CRM solution, but candidate without any of this knowledge will also be consideredEnjoy the challenge of telemarketing.Can build relationships with potential clients and turn them into sales leads.Provide some administrative support to our Business Development Managers. Have excellent communication and organizational skills.Are proficient in Microsoft office applications especially Word and ExcelGood telephone manner with lively speaking toneEnjoy being part of a small team in a busy environment. An opportunity to be part of a growing team;Career growth and potential;Local, Regional and Global exposure;A great company culture.Tectura is an Equal Opportunity Employer
